- Fly from Manila to San Jose Airport in Mindoro Occidental. Arrange transport to Pandan Island from San Jose or take a direct bus from Paranaque Terminal to Sablayan. From Sablayan, tricycle to BFAR fish landing and board a bangka to Pandan Island. Contact for boat trip details. Alternatively, from Batangas Port, take Montenegro RORO to Abra de Ilog Port, drive to BFAR fish landing, and ride a bangka to Pandan Island. From Passenger Terminal Batangas, ferry to Abra, take a direct bus to Sablayan, and follow the same boat journey to Pandan Island.
